Excellence in Board Performance

The responsibilities of a Board member are important and the role is a serious matter, however, it should also be a privilege and an enjoyable experience.  To realise their full potential the Board member will need to know their duties and the expectations of the role.  Coaching in this programme can enhance the performance of a Board member as a productive contributor as well as improving upon the personal enrichment from the role.  

The new Board member learns very quickly that they have to identify the legal duties of the role, evaluate executive management, provide strategic oversight, and deal with relevant regulation.  The role develops over time and the good Board member becomes someone that can;

  • understand and contribute to regulatory  compliance and risk management
