Personality Profile

Genoa utilises the Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI.  The personality profile will be carried out by a certified MBTI Practitioner accredited by the British Psychological Society.  A personality profile is provided outlining a person's behavioural preferences and highlights leadership styles and team styles, and identifies areas for further development to raise leadership capability and performance. .To see info graphic click here.  To see data sheet click here. Ability Tests

Genoa can also provide 'ability' tests and feedback. Tests can be conducted for numerical ability and verbal reasoning. These are excellent tools in recruitment and in assessing for succession and promotion.  The assessment will be carried out by a coach at Genoa accredited by the British Psychological Society holding certificates of competency.

360 Degree

An online 360 degree appraisal can be used to help gain an understanding of an individuals occupational behaviour style, their management style, team working and interpersonal style.  This insight is invaluable for personal and professional development. Bespoke appraisals are also provided.

Emotional Judgement Inventory

The Emotional Judgement Inventory EJI is a tool used to assess emotional intelligence.  Understanding and developing emotional intelligence is essential for developing leadership and performance.  A report can be prepared for you or your team by a qualified practitioner.  More information about the EJI click here.
