Genoa works with individuals and organisations to bring about enhanced performance.  Genoa is led by Greg Falvey.  

Greg is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a member of the British Psychological Society, a member of the International Association for Jungian Studies, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Genoa Consult

The name for the company was chosen because of the performance of the large foresail - the Genoa - on a racing yacht.  The sail greatly heightens the performance.  The services offered by Genoa Consult heighten the performance of individuals and teams.
